French macarons and chocolate; Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris

Cour du Commerce Saint André is a wonderful, cobblestoned walking street in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. I stumbled upon it by accident. It is maybe 100 meters from where I am staying. On this street there is a boutique chocolatier and restaurant, Un Dimanche à Paris, where I drank espresso and sampled everything available, including rosemary covered with white chocolate, fennel covered with white chocolate, and mild pepper covered with dark chocolate. My favorite was the fennel and white chocolate. So tasty. I also picked up a few macarons.

Rose, for 妹妹, her favorite, and salted caramel for me, because it sounds like it would go well with Belgian beer. I also tried a vanilla macaroon, while drinking a couple of espressos to warm me from a morning spent in the Catacombs of Paris.
